While it is true that exercising at home saves time and hassle of going to the gym, one of the problems is that you lack someone to push you when you are at home and the temptation to just lie on the couch or bed is very strong. So you need to push yourself with some help from these cool YouTube Channels:

This is an exercise channel produced by Lionsgate that offers a new workout video every day, through fun dance videos. This channel also offers 90 days’ work out a system, 30-day butt lift, 30-day six-pack abs, and 30 extremes designed to burn calories and target specific problem areas of the body. Some videos feature top trainers such as Denise Austin, Jane Fonda, Scott Herman, and Jillian Michaels. Having these top trainers means that the audience gets the most from their workout time.

Tone It Up

This exercise channel is hosted by charismatic fitness trainers Karena and Katrina with the motto: Share, Love, Inspire, and Sweat. It was basically created to inspire you to work out and achieve a perfect beach body. They offer a wide range of workouts from stretching to yoga. Some of their videos include Abs and Arms, Love Your Arms and Abs, and Love Your Legs and Booty. Their website also offers recipes, meal plans, and a style blog. Recently, it has gained a lot of social media attention and featured in well-known publications such as Cosmopolitan, Self, and Women’s Health, and Fitness Magazine.


This channel is hosted by Casey Ho, a certified fitness trainer and the creator of POP Pilates, her own version of Pilate’s workouts that is shortened and infused with fun music. This channel offers a wide range of fun and preppy videos which includes POP Cardio Dance Workout, Thigh Trimmer and Butt Lifter, and Slim Waist POP. Her energetic manner motivates any audience to keep going on and burn those calories. The channel also features videos regarding diet and nutrition to make use alongside your workouts.

The Daily Hiit

Hosted with trainers with a ridiculously sculpted body, this channel is really made to motivate fitness enthusiasts to work out every day. Describing themselves as “your 24-hour fitness training pal” this channel uploads daily videos of high-intensity interval training workouts (HIIT) which targets specific areas of the body. Some of the videos are HiitMax, Hiit Reps, HiitLean, and even yoga.

Fitness Blender

Hosted by a friendly husband and wife duo, Daniel and Kelly, this exercise channel offers easy to follow a workout routine, with over 300 videos to choose from. They have 30-minute cardio workouts to fit into your busy schedule and full-length videos covering a variety of workouts from HIIT, strength training, yoga, and cardio and kettle ball.

Keep in mind that before following any of these routines make sure that you are properly fit.  Don’t forget to stay hydrated, and don’t push yourself too hard on any of these workouts.
