Stretch marks are silver or dark colored streaks found on the skin. It’s the result from over stretching due to pregnancy or weight changes. They usually appear on the abdomen, thighs, and buttocks.

STAY HYDRATED

SUGAR

POTATO JUICE

Cut across and aloe leaf and apply gently to the affected area. Another way is by mixing aloe vera with vitamin A and vitamin E capsules and applying it to the affected area.

Lemon juice helps manage stretch marks because of its acid content. It is also effective to lighten acne and other scars. Squeeze out the lemon juice and apply it in a circular motion to stretch marks or scars. Let it dry for a few minutes before rinsing.

COCOA BUTTER

It helps enhance blood circulation that’s why it is known for its anti- aging properties. To help lighten stretch marks, massage cocoa butter to affected area twice a day.

EGG WHITES

Egg white contains protein and amino acid that helps repair damaged skin cells. Just get the whites from two eggs and whip it a little. With a brush, apply a thick layer of whipped egg whites to the stretch marks. Let it dry and rinse with tap water.
