Every woman dreams of a perfect skin, but having and maintaining it can be difficult. One reason is that there are a lot of factors that damages your skin, another how we take care of our body. That is why a lot of women is willing to buy expensive skin care products, go through beauty enhancement methods, and pay thousands to have that youthful glow. To ordinary people, having flawless skin may be too much to ask for. But do not be sad. There are easy, and cheap ways to have that healthy, radiant skin without paying for expensive pro-treatment. Here are some:
Maintain Skincare. Choose a skin regime that will suit your skin type, and try maintaining it. The CTM (Cleansing, Toning, Moisturizing) routine is one of the basic skin care routine you can do. Use a gentle cleanser to clean the gunk and dust your face accumulated. Tone it to ensure that no dust or oil remain in your pores. Moisturize to prevent skin from drying. Remember to exfoliate in the morning because your skin renews itself overnight.
Take Up Vitamins. Make sure to intake these three essential vitamins: Vitamin B, C, and D. Vitamin B helps in preventing your skin to age. It improves the ability of the epidermis to retain moisture leading to softer and smoother skin, and reduction of fine lines. It also counteracts the damaging effects of free radicals giving you a healthier skin. For a brighter and even complexion, you will need Vitamin C. It is a good antioxidant, boosts collagen production, and reduces the red and brown spots in your skin. Vitamin D, on the other hand, contributes to skin cell development and repair.
Watch Your Diet. Your skin is an indicator of what is happening inside your body, that is why one should be aware of what they eat. Detox as much as often. Eat more fruits and vegetables to help repair your cells. Re-hydrate as often as possible, and start living healthier. You need to start taking care of your skin because it practically protects you from infection and keeps you from getting sick.
Sleep. Have your beauty rest, not because we say so but because you need so. Sleeping is one way of the body and skin to regenerate. Lack of sleep will cause you a lot of problems not only physically, but also mentally. So, make sure you have a good night sleep.
